My plan here is to record my Friday morning weight so that I can REALLY make myself pay attention over the weekend. I realize that some of last mondays gain was monthly bloat, but I know Most of it was the usual Weekend Wash Up of ignoring better choices.
This is Pride weekend. A lot going on, including festival food, and alcohol. There are ALSO opportunties for activity, such as walking, dancing, and general "not on my butt" type of movement.
I have to keep Healthy, Happy, lifestyle choices and remember First... SUMMER OF TRANSFORMATION!!!! This is the first true test.
