Jean, you are doing so good. Welcome to the 70s. You'll be at 1/2 your goal before you know it.

Thanks for the inspiring words WendyCav and Kmartin. I see you also hit 178 Kmartin. Wow! in the 50's love it Wendycav. Congrats to you both. It is hard. I just wanted to let everyone know I just purchased some low carb (1) Carb bread on line from Julian bread. It is GREAT! I toasted it. What a wonderful feeling to taste crusty warm toasted bread again. We will see what the scale says tommorrow! I wanted to try the Miracle Noodles too but afraid of the taste. I have also started going to toning and love that too. I have so much more energy, and do not hurt like I used to. Steps are much easier now. Thanks again. Jean

Have you tried making zucchini noodles? It's super easy, just use a potatoe peeler and peel them til you have enough, sautee in a little olive oil til consistent to a noodle and top w/ low carb marinara sauce. Really yummy if you want pasta (w/o the carbs).

I use green zucchini, mushrooms, a few slices of red onion some heavy cream and butter...OMG YUMMY. I just bought everything to make this over the weekend. I usually get abot three servings out if it so I have left-overs for lunch. I can't find low-carb marinara around here :(

I use Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce. They come in a 15oz. size which is smaller and a larger one too. I have used it a lot and even my husband loves it too. Total Carbs: 4g. I have also stuffed zucchini's with this sauce and hamburger/Deans sage sausage with parmesan/romano cheese and bake it for approx. 15 minutes, I call them Zucchini Stuffed Boats. Thanks msamy034 for the Yummo recipe, I will be making it Saturday night.
