It begins again! I ate well and on track yesterday and held my own on the scale. Provided I eat well today and on track I should lose tomorrow. We'll see.

My grandson is doing Ukrainian dance this year. Today is a massive perogy making day. I told my daughter I would show up for part of it. She has to work from 9am to 4pm however I get to come and go as I like! I plan to go in the early afternoon. Distance is always a factor in my world as it is 30 miles each way.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
