How do you record food whenever you eat out and they don't have any nutrition facts? I had a personal vegan cheese pizza at a local pizza place and am not quite sure how to calculate it.

Usually I pick something from the food library that seems to fit what I ate. Or I log the ingredients individually.

Fatsecret actually has a nutrition summary for that.

Is it under where you log your food?

If you weigh measure your food consistently you get really good at estimating when you don't have exact data.

Overestimate also. Better go over what you think than way under...

I overestimate. But, I don't think that really works. I feel when I don't eat at home, I put on weight even if I count the calories.

I googled vegan pizza nutrition facts and fatsecret came up as a choice.

I just google an approximate thing and take a guess somewhere in the upper third of calories that come up. It isn't an exact science...
