I’ve been on the scale every day since I started exercising because I wanted to see the results and changes depending on everything I was doing. It make me realized that it would be more meaningful to enter my weight here during week days than weekends, because saturday is kinda my ‘cheat day’ where I, most of the time, eat more on supper then the rest of the day, so my weighting in of sunday isn’t showing the real result of my hard work. From now on, my scale day will be tuesday. 😊
206.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
