Went a little popcorn crazy but I feel I did okay. I'm learning so much on this diet. What I have come to realize is that this is a lifestyle and ongoing. I know I will be recording what I eat forever. This will help to keep me on track and also lets me see how certain foods affect me. My calorie burn wasn't as high last week and it was reflected in my weight loss this week. I'm still proud of my progress. There are many calorie counting sites but this is the best one I've ever found.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
