Went a little overboard with the popcorn but I feel I have it under control. I'm going to move on to OWL and begin again really watching my carb intake. I'm going to keep my intake to between 25-30 grams of carb per day for two week and increase it in 5 gram increments there after. I will also try to experiment with recipes and begin introducing new foods into my diet. I will also work on increaseing my activity espacially delibarate training excercises for toning and to increase my calorie output. It wont be over night but I will get there.
