Up and down, up and down. I would just toss the scale but it helps me stay on track.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Patient? What is this thing you speak of? 😝 I hear patience is a virtue but I was born with none. However I can distract myself with something else. Meal planning can distract me for a few hours. Doing stuff with the kids. Napping. Used to distract with snacking but that’s out haha. I’m not upset about the ups and downs but it is frustrating for me as I like to figure stuff out and this doesn’t seem to be a problem I can solve.

I hit 210 September 2nd. I plateaued, went maintenance, started to lose, started walk and gained a BUNCH, started to lose, then didn't. I understand. :) I think that's why the bible says 'practice patience', because it's not something that comes naturally. Takes practice. :)

Oh, and just 'went down to' 210.6 this morning.... so yeah....

Yeah I’ll practice ;). Hey at least you got back down to 210! I stayed around 132-136 for several years so I think it’ll be really hard for me to break 130 and get to 120-125. If I’m honest I’m okay with 130 or even 140. I just want 120-125 once with a picture to prove it. Then lose fat, gain muscle and have my size smalls fit again. Or the mediums fit loosely (some are okay and some are right right now). The number is something to obsess about but the final number could even be 160 as long as I can rock my favorite clothes and have a better body image ;). At 5’4” I’m pretty sure that or higher would be more fat than I’d like though.
