This is a real achievement for me. Going on a long cruise and losing a pound. Of course, from my last weigh in date, I might have lost more if not cruising, but I am very, very happy with this number given the temptation. AND I am happy that food was not the focus of the cruise- just having less of it. I enjoyed it immensely. I am also fortunate to have a husband who does not make food his focus. It would be tremendously difficult if he were pigging out all the time and drinking a lot while I was dieting. But he is careful and doesn't drink much, although it was tempting on this cruise. So I know I can do it again if we travel again in this way.
