I didn't lose any weight this past week but i not surprised. I went out to dinner Sat. night, did fairly well but sun night went to a baseball game, pigged out on fries and went home and ate more. Left over pasta, had a real carb binge. So, anyway, i got back on Weight Watchers Mon. morning and will keep on keeping on. This is something i'm doing different. not just giving up after a binge and it has helped me.
