I struggles this past week. Ate a lot several times, probably only followed WW about 2 days total. Been super hungry and stressed out. Any time I'm angry, very busy or PMSing I get really really hungry. I need to find other ways to deal with emotions than eating. It seems to be the only thing left since I don't drink or take drugs! Any suggestions??

I find that if I exercise in the morning, and I mean exercise hard, then it sets the tone for the day. I don't seem to eat as much or as poorly. It helps me. Best of luck and you are not alone in what you are experiencing

I also struggle with emotional eating. I find the only way for me is to try to keep things planned so I know what I'm eating for each meal and have the right foods in. That way I usually have a few points spare for a few biscuits if I need them! Chances are, when you're in the 'zone' and are eating well that you don't get the cravings so much. Exercise can help too. You care certainly not alone in this problem, I think it is a very common one. And when you fall off the wagon it's very hard to get back on. We're here to give you a leg up! :)
