A little over a week since the last weigh-in. I'm not sure I can keep up the momentum, but it's definitely encouraging. I'm getting mixed reactions from people; a co-worker freaked out that I am counting calories when we talked about diets. I reached 280 last spring and I plateaued hard at 250 in the summer until I started tracking food/calories. It's still a struggle and will continue to be a struggle, but I am proud.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 95.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry about what others think. Stick to what you know works for you. I get crap about the calorie counting too.
