I am not paying much attention to this scale. Over a 24 hr period and even within that day the weight fluctuates significantly so I can only imagine there is no really accurate daily numbers. Beginning this week, I will only record weight at the end of the week using the week's average.
I got out to do some cardio and I look forward to a healthy food day.
