I wasn't expecting the scale to fluctuate back so low so soon but scales and weight are weird!

food today:
coffee with soymilk
1/2 muffin
lara bar
choc pb cup
leftover thai veg tofu rice
smoothie
131.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

good :) lost the weight i gained pigging out over the weekend!

Yay. You're doing a good job staying at goal and not dropping under. Good girl.

Thanks, Johanne. Actually my original goal when I came back here was 130. I set it to 132 so I wouldn't be tempted to pressure myself to lose the other two lbs and would accept the decent weight I am at now. And it worked! But I would not mind if I went to 130-- probably not further though because I tend to look skinnier than I am and I know from experience other people will make unwanted comments about my body at less than that. I have been 120 without any attempt at dieting (or health problems) whatsoever but I got a lot of comments I didn't enjoy the last time I was at that weight.
