yesterday I did 18500 steps dog's loved it. but I guess I ate extra as well. still I'm down 4.7kg since 20/08/18 to me not bad at 64
184.3 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
