finding it hard to stay on adkins diet .can aney one tell me a diffrent diet to try.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

799 kcal Fat: 25.48g | Prot: 34.05g | Carb: 128.76g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, bacon, banana, 100% Whole Grain Sliced Bread. Lunch: grapes, mayonnaise, leaf lettice, cherries raw, Turkey Meat, Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie). Dinner: mayonnaise, leaf lettice, bacon, 100% Whole Grain Sugar Free Bread, orange. more...
gaining 0.7 lb a week

If you give us an idea of what you find hard about Atkins we can probably give you a better idea. That said, I had good luck with Fat Smash which is also available on this site.

There are so many out there, your best bet might be to google diets and see what comes up. Only you can determine what kind of diet is appropriate to fit in to your life. If you are the kind of person that needs a strict diet, you might choose one like curves that has it all listed for you. If you like to eat everything in moderation, and don't mind slow steady weight loss, Weight Watchers might be for you. If you like low carb, but need something a little different, South Beach Diet might be for you. There is clean eating, where you concentrate on eating natural foods (non-processed foods). You need to fine one that will fit in to your life style.Good luck!
