What can I say I have really fallen off the wagon!!! That is a ridiculous gain to have to post. I've had a rough couple of weeks and unfortunately I used that as an excuse to overeat and mope around. I hope I get my motivation back soon.

At least I'm at work earlier than usual today. Salem and I are working on getting to work 15 minutes earlier each day this week until we can finally be here at 8 AM. That way if we eat lunch at our desks we can leave at 4 PM and have more time to workout after work. Our work has flex schedule so we had been doing like 945- 545 each day.

I made a budget and put it on our fridge. Tonight we are listing out each debt- his student loans, credit card, car, etc. and also posting that on the fridge. That way we can cross it off as each thing gets PAID OFF. :)

I have healthy foods for lunch- yogurt, low fat cheese, banana. I'm trying to have this be the day I get back on track. I will be so upset w/ myself if I allow my weight to creep back up into the 150's. And it's getting too close for comfort.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thats a great Idea about the Budget Plan... I know Im suppose to be doing that But lately I have been slacking off. Do you have any advice you can give me... I've noticed alot of my spending goes on Food and gas. Although I only live 3 miles from work and 2 miles from the gym... You will get back on track sweetheart! Don't worry!

The best thing is that you are aware of it and now you can concentrate and get remotivated. You can do this Chris. I know you can!

Chris Cathy is right- you are aware. Keep that weight out of the 150's- you can do it- it was put back on so fast so I am sure if you bust your hump you will get it off really fast. Keep working you are doing great. the budgeting- that is a lesson i should for sure take from your journal. we have to get our things in line too. crazy how debt can add up. chin up and keeping going- talk to you tomorrow;)

That is a five pound gain in a week, half of which is probably water. With a little focused effort you will get it back in three days or even less. Good job posting the gain promptly Chris and looking it square in the eye. :-)
