I am doing IF most mornings till 11:00, light snack in the afternoon and not much of a full meal at night...I have started logging my food to see where I am going wrong.... Keep moving forward
210.5 lb Lost so far: 87.1 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
