Hi Buddy!! I see that you did an apple day the last time you were at a plateau. How did that go for you? Did you drink water? You seem to be following everything perfectly. The only thing I could suggest is changing the chicken breast to the one that is not Barbecue because usually that seasoning has sugar. Don't lose heart!! You've come a long way, Baby!! Ellie

Hi Ellie...I did well on the APPLE DAY. I never was truly hungry which was amazing. I did get the symptoms of a UTI...possibly the apples have a lot of acid. No, I drank only enough water to quinch my thirst. I did change the breast deli...as you suggested!! I'm down over a pound this morning...which is encouraging. Question for you....are you excercising while on this diet??
