Might have had a bit too much beef last night. Just didn't feel like the 4oz. A deck of cards - bah - crappy portion size. Back in the saddle today. For lunch I had Dr. Berg's Meal Replacement Shake. 120cal, less than 1g Carb. I tried to find a meal replacement shake add here but they all had 12+g of carb/sugar so I am leaving it off. Salad tonight.

Watched Tully last night. Charlize Theron, pretty girl! We also finished the last season of Bosch this week. That is a great show, slow burn, Love it! Happy Labour Day peeps. Day off tomorrow Yahoo!! Today's photo 1996, 155lb. Goal now is 165 - I mean, I am 47...
