havent dieted or tracked for probably a month. i start a new job next week i need to get back on track
123.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate better than before i joined here, but not great 🤷‍♀️ guess it was enough to maintain. Havent ran in a month before yesterday so i have no idea how i pr'ed

Someone once told me a the distinction between “needing” to and “getting” to. I need to implies obligation and lack of power. I GET to implies control and choice. I get to get back on track is a personal and powering statement. When my daughters were younger, if I said we need to pick up your sister, it was often met with resistance. When I said,We get to pick up your sister, It was received way better. It was a small shift in my self talk that’s made a big difference.
