last 2 weeks I lost 5 lbs ( I cut carbs and sugar from my diet)but this is still not enough
I'm going to try low FODMAP diet because of my IBS :(
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
