I've hit a plateau.. some of my food choices haven't been the best, but I was hoping that vigorous exercise would make up for some of it. It hasn't. I really want to reach 30 lbs loss, but it seems to be taking forever. Maybe I'm just impatient, bit I am getting frustrated!! Losing weight is not easy.
