195.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you for the support! I feel much better this evening compared to this morning. Went to the doctor and all my numbers are “normal “ no more dietbetes meds. 😊
