So frustrated!!! Was actually down to 203 on Wednesday, but those two pounds came back...with NO cheating, just came back!!! And they have STAYED back!!! I even did a 500 calorie day to try to jolt things...no change. For now, the plan is to stay the course until the weekend, celebrate my birthday with whatever I like, then back to plan for the rest of the week...I'll evaluate in a few weeks....
205.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like water weight! Too much sodium? Hormones? Stress? Medications? Sickness? Water weight gain can be caused by many things (even exercise). So just stick with it and it will come off. Going on and off plan can also cause the weight fluctuation. Consistency is key with weight loss.
