So frustrated!!! Was actually down to 203 on Wednesday, but those two pounds came back...with NO cheating, just came back!!! And they have STAYED back!!! I even did a 500 calorie day to try to jolt things...no change. For now, the plan is to stay the course until the weekend, celebrate my birthday with whatever I like, then back to plan for the rest of the week...I'll evaluate in a few weeks....
