0gonek's Journal, 19 August 2018

From one hand, I like the weight loss being slow, not rapid. It is more natural and stressful for the body. From the other hand, I'm still meticulously eating not more than 1500 cal a day, walking 7000 steps and all the rest (described in my bio) and it's coming off that slowly... Seeing the big picture though, I lost 2 kg (5 pounds) over 2 weeks - this is not slow at all! So I'm happy and satisfied. 1 more kilo (2 pounds) to go before my husband returns! 😙
141.3 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow is good. It is just hard for impatient types (like me).
