Completed Day 6 Egg Fast - Satisfied with outcome...I'll only do 3 day or less next time around. Felt tired and achy most of the week on it. Followed diet pretty strictly and was in first stages of ketosis according to strips most of the time. Last night showed a little darker purple but never really dark purple. Enjoyed egg salad with hot sauce for the last couple of days. Break fast first meal was apple cider vinegar and yogurt. I will watch calories and try to keep carbs low from here on out. Fasting is a good thing. Thank you for all for your help and support on this journey. I appreciate the kindness and thoughts. Start 214 / End 204.9
204.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
