Maestro Dshizzle's Journal, 18 August 2018

I've started exercising in baby steps with warm ups and short work outs with a rowing machine and bicycling on the weekends.

This past week I've gotten home later and later from work b/w 11:30pm and 12:30am and making sure not to snack or have meals because it's so close to bedtime which has kept me well under my RDI.

I'm beginning to build momentum and make progress happen.

238.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
