ok, well, not much of a loss, but i'll take it. and i did tell myself if i was below 180, i'd go get that dress, so it's tight, but...i think i deserve something good :).

i also did my measurements, which were interesting. i haven't done these since 5/13, so it was more than this past week. lost 3 inches in my chest (why is it ALWAYS there), and 2 at my waist, and my own measurement i take in line with my belly button (because that's where all MY weight is) i lost 2.5.

it appears i gained 1/2 and inch on my biceps (i've been doing pushups?) but other than that, the rest stayed the same.

all in all not as bad as i thought. i still have lots to work on, i.e. more cardio exercise, and shifting my food around a bit (less cream, more veggies). but, like i said, i'll take it :P

That's a lot of inches for 2 weeks! Congrats! I was feeling skinny yesterday & measured my biceps and they were bigger too. I decided maybe I was bloated from my walk :) That new dress should be a great measuring stick for your progress. Have a great holiday!
