My timetable is all over the show. Need to fix that. Have a splinter deep in my finger so I need to get it out, if I am brave enough. Will probably not be able to lift for 4 days.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 137.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
