Day 6 - Did not go through with partial water fast yesterday. Got hungry at mid morning. Good to not walk yesterday. Walk today was good. Cheated doing my weight. Took a salt bath before stepping on scale giving me a sub 205 number...was 206.0 pre-bath. Ending egg fast hopefully tomorrow AM. Have six boiled eggs to make egg salad for the rest of the final day. Looking forward to tomorrow.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
