Day 5 Egg Fast - Not walking today. Not hungry this AM. Try to water fast with green tea and coffee for the day. Not sure Im in ketosis. Strips show normal or slight ketosis. Maybe water fast will give fast a kick in the pants. Taking .5 teaspoon of salt. Still achy and lightheaded. Have egg salad mix in the fridge. Can't wait it was good last night. Contemplating staying on diet til sub 2. Surprisingly not hungry.
209.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Phatguy619. I'm honored but be yourself. I am crazy and been on this train for a while but we will figure this out for ourselves for sure because it sounds like quitting is not an option for you because it is certainly not an option for me!

don't worry about ketosis it will be there if you have low carbs, fasting does make the trip faster. lots of water and electrolytes to help with the headache.

@Phatguy619 If you are fasting, you will get into keto. With the egg fast, make sure you use heavy whipping cream with it - about half a cup for every 4 eggs. That will kick you into keto quick.

Try a cup of salty bone broth or bouillon for your salt supplement - hot drinks suppress hunger for me
