The very definition of the 40-mile march. Really steady progress. Yeah, it's not lightening fast, but it's also predictable and constant. I'm not constantly fighting plateaus or anything. Just a nice, steady 1.5-2.5 pounds per week.
300.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
