Continuing with the low-carb diet. It's gotten way easier to follow. Started going to the gym again finally, too. Having the active encouragement of good friends is more important than I ever realized. It's much easier to stay on task this time.
306.6 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.9 lb a week
