Weekend was good and happy with weight-loss. I will hopefully use this week to balance out my timings so that I can power on towards my goal that I would like to reach before making changes in my diet.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 137.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
