Missed the mark with my diet yesterday. Had a nurses meeting had ate three meatballs form Olive garden...bad, bad mistake...so I'm off the chart...didn't even record my diet yesterday...so frustrated...after I found out how many freakin calories were in one meatball!! urrggg!!!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey Buddy!! Don't take it too seriously. Everyone has their weak moments and it doesn't look like it affected your weight very much. Just decide to put your best foot forward and put it behind you. Just hang in there!!
