Ok here I go again! It’s been a rocky year for me so far “diet” wise! Haven’t been motivated and have had a lot of stress in my life! But now that I’ve finally purchased the home I’ve been in for 8 years and I just got back from an amazing trip to Wisconsin and Michigan to FINALLY meet my dads side of the family, it’s time to put in work!!!
137.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
