Free day! I'm down a few ounces and want to make this day count. I've got a bunch of housework to do, so that's some exercise right there, and it's a good day to take a little dog to the park or the beach :) Hope you're all having a great day! Drink your water, make great food choices, and let's all see a drop tomorrow!
