Congratulations on a job well done. Very quick. Had to have a look, and find you stick to home cooking, using mostly foods without ingredients labels. Is that your lifestyle maybe. If so, I imagine maintenance would not be a big deal.

Thank you! Yes, was trying to cook with fresh ingredients, implement the right amount of protein and use about half to one spoon of olive oil per day. First weeks i got bored of daily cooking, but now its second nature. Same as my morning run. I also try to overeat (AKA >2000cals) once a week to keep my metabolism up. Will try to feel my way to maintenance upping my intake slowly.

Chilli21 Interesting. Yes, this cooking thing gets automated. When seeing and feeling how good it is for the body, there is no way back. Like how you did this, and good luck with your final adjustments to fully automated mode.

Whoo hoo! Way to go. From what I've read you might think of your next goal as maintaining for 6 months and concentrating on moderate exercise. That way you'll get real comfortable in your skin and see if maybe your next goal is another area of your life:)
