It's amazing the difference one pound can make. I've been trying to get under 172 for ages, this morning i weighed in at 171 which has given me the pat on the back i needed.
Last night i had a slither of my boyfriends chocolate cake and left it at that. That is not a part of who i am. But i understand that self control pays off..........it hurts.....but it works.....it really hurts!
