Time for a quick bio change,
can't keep saying i'm 3 months pregnant forever.
So.......now i'm mum to a 5yo boy and a 2 month yo boy. I'm a makeup artist that works in film and stills, and everyday is a juggling act....my challenge is to quit the chocolate quick fix energy boost, and the glass or two at night.
I operate better on low carb, and lost 38 kilo on atkins after my first son. I only put on 18k with this one, but now it's time to get those thighs back down.

new here-- questions about CCLL and CCLM, and pregnancy after Atkins
Hey there,
i'm in the same boat. I went from 60kilo to 100 kilo with my son 4 years ago.
It took about a year to get it off with hitting the gym 4 times a week.
Now i am pregnant again, and 2 months after quitting smoking and 3.5 months
pregnant, i have already put on 14 pounds......devestating!!!!!
I also refuse to gain so much weight again, and will perhaps look into the south beach diet, as my energy is getting low and i keep reaching for the chocolate bars...

Yes! that is a rule that i have always lived by. Lying is for cowards and should only be
done when your children ask why there is so many lolly wrappers in your bag.

5 Factor Diet
Hi there,
i'd be really interested to know how you go on the 5 Factor diet,
personally i've had great success with Atkins so what a bummer it didn't work for you.
