State Fair, a River Cats game, and a whole lot of fries: Whoops. It did get my mind off of my empty nest though. Need to get back to it but I have free tickets to another baseball game tonight. Tomorrow I will be 100% back at it, more cross fit and less fries.
124.4 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
