weight has not changed but feels good to be eating better. Had a great low calorie meal tonight. whole family enjoyed it. Chicken enchilada stuffed spaghetti squash. Great flavor and filling.😊
226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
