I did not exercise yesterday but I did follow my diet alllll weekend!!!! That is a first for me in 40 days! I am excited to venture into this new phase of my diet. I have three days of injections left, then three days of 500calories with no injections. I know I can do this.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
