I decided to record my weight for the "Drop 40 During the Summer Challenge". The good news is that I only need to drop approx. between 18 - 20 lbs of fat (maybe less considering muscle that I intend to gain)

I will let the mirror and my clothes be my guide and tell me what my goal weight loss should be as I move forward. So if I loose half of the challenge goal weight I will be a winner and I'll look like my avi picture again!
186.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 May 2010:
1753 kcal Fat: 100.91g | Prot: 147.98g | Carb: 65.26g.   Breakfast: splenda, half & half, coffee, chopped peppers, jumbo egg yoke, trader joes's jumbo egg whites, trader joes raw almonds. Lunch: baked chicken breast, trader joes sun dried tomatoes, trader joes raw almonds. Dinner: trader joes raw almonds, atkins cranberry almond bar. Snacks/Other: Gold Standard 100% Egg Protein Powder, Flaxseed Seeds, BioPure 100% Whey Protein Isolate, Barleans flax, The Very Finest Liquid Fish Oil Lemon. more...
