I cheated and got on the scale this morning because I feel lighter. I'm down to 186.2 ! I'm not going to record that because my official weigh-in day is Wed. I know most of that weight loss was due to my hormones changes. I'm officially in perimenopause which has cause me to have to re-evaluate my entire diet. My body wants to put weight on so badly and has become very sensitive to refined foods and sugar.
I loose control when I eat those things.

Perhaps I can stay in OWL because it doesn't feel like a diet to me. I want to make this a life style change and not a quick fix solution. I don't mind loosing at a 1-2 pounds per week rate because I'm not terribly over weight. My goal to make the changes in my diet get back to my normal healthy fit weight and just live in that place forever.
