I have been on this fatsecret app for over 3 months but the journey didn’t start their, I weighed 215 at a point in my life and lost 50 plus pounds I was so proud, then I got pregnant and weight didn’t matter once more. I went back up to 182, I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Food has been comfort and not only comfort but I LOVE food and trying new food to indulging in food. I am proud to say I am at 145 that’s a total of 37 pounds once more and my baby is 16 months old and I’m still striving to lose more I am 5 foot 3 inches tall. I have tried every diet in the book my personal journey was letting the diets go and start walking everyday and sticking to 1200 calories less on some days but on that 1200 calorie diet I had to let go of the delicious fat calories. 1200 calories doesn’t mean eat a cupcake and be done for the day it means finding what healthy in the 1200 calories for the day Is and what fulfills that hunger.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
