its been a busy week haven't been eating right but i have been hitting the gym like crazy. when i say not getting right i mean im not eating 3 meals it more like one meal and a snack and i dont eat dinner till i get home from the gym at 10. i feel like i haven't lost anything i can see a little difference in my arms and legs. i guess i got to step it up cause my husband comes home in 5 weeks!
