Need Motivation Help
I do the same-get up in the a.m., get my workout clothes on, and go before I even think of a reason to talk myself out of it. Plus, I know that once I'm there and after, I'll feel better anyways. I'd rather be proud of myself and excited all day rather than feeling guilty about skipping my workout. As for motivation, pick a goal or something to keep yourself in check. For example, I signed up for my first 5k and told everyone I was going to run the entire thing (I was not a runner). That forces me to get to the gym and run at least 3days a week to train for the race. If I don't, I risk embarrassment! lol Plus, once you start toning up and your clothes start fitting better-that should be all the motivation you'll need to keep going! Good luck!

FOOD - Your Top 3 Diet Foods!
Light&Fit yogurt, part skim string cheese, and apples! I always have these items in my fridge. They are also small so I can grab em for work or on the run (except the yogurt).
