Not feeling super pumped today. I have a headache. I used Dr. Berg's stress relief tool on my neck before bed and I think it triggered some of those tension muscles :( Last night I went to an engagement party, where I had sparkling water, a single large cocktail shrimp without sauce, 2 skewers of cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella pearls and basil leaves, and 2 plain chicken skewers... yet when I got home, early at 9:10pm, I was ravenous. Just being in the social setting initiated intense cravings when I got home and I spent 2 hours trying to calm myself and those incessant thoughts of "What Can I Have??? I Want Something!!! What do i Want???" I didn't even have any carbs to spike those feelings, so I'm mad. What I ate shouldn't have affected my weight, yet rather than the 255.8 this morning it said 257, and I wasn't surprised, I was expecting it. It's grey today, oppressive, hot, my head and eyes hurt, I feel like I betrayed myself, and I didn't and I'm bummed. Hmph.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
